How to calculate time
Between two times: 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM → 18:15 − 9:30. 15 minutes minus 30 needs a borrow: 75 − 30 = 45 minutes and 17 − 9 = 8 hours, so 8 h 45 min.
Adding: 2 h 45 min + 1 h 30 min = 3 h 75 min = 4 h 15 min (75 minutes = 1 h 15 min).
